It is evident that studyhomes put the needs of it's tenants first. As a student with limited experience renting houses, I must say that the landlord-tenant relationship was so friendly, it was almost as if I was dealing with a close acquaintance, which has been really important to me in the last 3 years. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

You and Mike have been great landlords for us this year, and it was much appreciated that Mike was up so late to help me when I managed to get locked out of my room after midnight!
Also maintaining the garden was very good of you as i'm aware for lots of other houses this the job of the tenants.

Studyhomes have been better landlords than I ever could have hoped for. They are respectful, kind and always prepared to help, like if you ever need letting into your house at 11 at night because you locked your car and house keys in the boot of your car by accident (Thank you very much for coming out and letting back in Mike). I have been very, very fortunate to have such amazing landlords throughout my last two years at University and I would definitely recommend Studyhomes to any university student looking for accommodation whilst they are studying. Everything in the house is always up to date with the latest safety regulations from the council and if anything breaks Mike and John are always round to fix it. The garden is kept in a really good condition and if the landlords ever need to come into the house, to do any work, then they always let you know, via email, beforehand. Once again thank you to everyone at Studyhomes it has been a pleasure staying with you.

Let me say that it’s been an absolute pleasure staying with you. I have heard tens maybe even hundreds of students say that Southampton is full of landlords and letting agent who don’t really care about students and are only interested in getting as much money from them as possible. But I’m very happy to say that you were the exact opposite of those rumors. It was clear from the start that you genuinely cared about your students and making sure that their stay is as enjoyable as possible. You always responded to our queries and fixed things in the house very quickly, usually even in the same day. And the cherry on top was the Christmas present/surprise that you got us. If in the future I happened to know any students that are looking for accommodation, I will be sure to recommend you guys.
